Recently reopened! Cute diner vibe on 290 in Giddings. A great stop between Austin and Houston.

A very cool little place right on the main drag in Giddings. One side is the emporium with amazing looking fudge and Blue Bell ice cream by the cone or cup. The other side is a very nice little restaurant serving lots of soups, sandwiches, and salads. Everything we had was very good, but not great. The decor is classic small town, carefully curated, funky and a little corny. The ladies working there could not be nicer. This will be a regular stop of ours when coming down 290.

I just love small town diner like this. Just amazing people and food. Ruben is amazing. I’ll have to try the pizza next time I come through here.

Too much onion in the chicken and tuna salads for me as I don’t put any in mine. Pizza was great. Salads are huge. Went back the next evening because food was so good. Will be back when in the area. Plus Blue Bell ice cream and fudge was a great bonus!!!

Good food. We like a few of the sandwiches and salads. Today we tried one called “Fallen Angel” and a Greek salad.

I wish I had taken or written down the name of the person who attended us. She was lovely. Place was fantastic with games to play/entertain my kids. Reasonable prices. I was honestly so pleased, found what I was looking for !

Alright so we stopped at this place in our way from our home outside of Austin to Galveston for the weekend. We’ve stopped at the old location before, so we were excited to see the new location. The food was just amazing! Great little atmosphere too. The pizza sauce reminds me of when my mom used to make homemade pizzas when I was a kid, except better! The Manhattan project (pastrami and corned beef with deli mustard on marble rye)…chef’s kiss, muah! Totally recommend this place. We might even order a pizza to pick up on our way back home on Sunday! Lol. The only thing I’ll say is it’s a little on the pricy side, $60 for our family of 4…but totally worth it!

We come from Houston and have family in Austin that we meet here and everything at Reba’s is excellent. The pizza is outstanding (meatball Parm was a huge hit). Love the new location.
