the recent upgrade here is actually amazing, it feels so much more alive and clean from what it was previously. for starters, they have a radio, so it isnt just silence. second, they have more clean furitnure and these charging tables that let you wireless charge your devices (albeit kinda slow) or you can wire charge it. its a lot more pleasent then from what it was before. food is great and is what you order is what you get. ive never had any mistakes with orders. employees are kind and fast. i would highly reccomend this location!

The customer service here is WILD. The young lady with the nose ring is on her phone and barely responsive to customers. The young man (who talks a lot) is drinking tea while serving customers, and ALWAYS gets the order wrong. Today I got cold breakfast bites, and again he ALWAYS gets orders wrong. I thought things would be better after the owner change… they haven’t. Also, options are limited in comparison to other locations.

Awful, will not go back to this location. Donuts are disgustingly stale. I just took one but and spit it out. You could use this donut as a hockey puck. I’ve never seen a Dunkin’ pass out donuts this bad before.

I was in the store 2/11/2021, about 2 AM. The 2 girls was very rude taken my order. They did not know about courtesy and respect customers. She let me stand there and order around me. When I ask her what’s going on with my order she reply I have to pay lol. I will not be going back to that store.

Didn’t have either items I asked for. Ordered one and waited about 20min, no one was even making it. Asked for a refund, they couldn’t figure out how to do it. Left after a waste of at least 30min with no drink and no refund. Very poorly done.
