Rockets is the original. Have had their cuisine in many places including on some cruise ships. Always exceptional quality and fairly reasonable pricing. There was problem with the co2 related to the diet Pepsi but once this was taken to the front cashier it was quickly taken care of to everyone’s satisfaction. Management thank us for bringing it to his attention. Burger was a double with very tasty bacon done crisp and correctly. Onion Rings were moist inside the breading and crispy on the outside. Service was attentive and efficient.

I came to this place because I saw this sign where they advertise that you can substitute Impossible meat ON ANY BURGER for extra charger $2,50. So I order The Original and Spicy Houston by cashier. After that manager yell that we can have only The Original with Vegan Patty. She was busy with another customer for a while so I decided to not wait and step back. Then she called me and repeated that I can’t have the burger, she said something a about owner and when I asked why they advertised that when it’s not possible to have it, she interrupt me with “excuse me” and offer me I can have this burger with Black bean patty So I can have it with black bean but not with impossible? Ridiculous, they build burgers from scratch, I did not get the answer just that “The owner said that, thats it” The manager really didn’t handle this situation and it was not really friendly and professional service. We left, they lost two customers, they made me to write this review and lost other customers. It was worth it?

Very Rude manager. Also as on picture – menu says “SUBSTITUTES – IMPOSSIBLE PATTY on ANY burger” the manager yelled at us that we can Sub Impossible patty only on The Original Burger. That doesn’t make any sense also she was very rude and didn’t let us talk.
