I found a gnat inside of my salad today. This is not the first time I’ve ordered food from this particular Chick-fil-A and found a foreign object inside of my food. The kitchen area is a health hazard. I spoke with the manager prior and informed her that the employees should wear gloves and hair nets. These people do not care about your well being.

Usual efficient ordering process and pick up as normal. I do appreciate that about this place. Anywhere we go. We love to travel and appreciate the clean bathrooms and the consistently good food and service. I tried the grilled chicken wrap for the first time and loved it. That will be my go to.

I’ll start off with the good first. Staff is usually very attentive and quickly gets orders out. I LOVE the mobile drive thru lane. I hated waiting forever in previous drive thrus when I had a mobile order and the five people in front of me are taking forever to order. Now the negatives: the food quality at this particular Chick-fil-A is routinely poor. The nuggets are such poor quality chicken to the point where I buy a 12 count just to hope I get four decent quality pieces. The nuggets and fries also I feel like are slightly undercooked. Not raw, I just feel they could be crispier. However I never have any real issues when I get breakfast.

This may surprise you, but chik fil a has some vegan side options. Check their website for details. We stopped here on a road trip. Plenty of parking and food came out quick. The bathrooms however were small and in need of attention.

Chic-fil -A, customers deserve fast service? I can’t understand why there are two lanes at the Bowie drive-thru one for drive-thru customers and one for mobile apps. The lane for drive-through customers is always backed up while the second lane for mobile apps is clear. So I drove through the mobile Lane and drove directly to the Chick-fil-A restaurant in Crofton. And guess what? I place my order and within 2 minutes I was out of there. It sure did beat standing in your line for 15 to 20 minutes. Maybe someday the general manager will get it, treat the customers good and fast service and we’ll come back. WOULD YOU WANT TO WAIT IN LINE FOR 15-20 MINUTES WITH A SECONDARY LANE OPEN WITH NOBODY IN IT ???

Be careful if you order cheese on your chicken biscuit. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and asked for cheese on each one and the employee looked at me like I had two heads and could not figure out how to add it to the sandwich so he finally told me the total after 3 minutes or so and I payed due to being in a hurry later that day I looked at me receipt and he charged my for cheese 4 times I could have bought a whole package of cheese at Walmart for what I was charged ( my fault for not checking before I left ) so just a heads up

Man has this chickfila gone downhill. I frequent this location VERY often and the quality control just keeps letting me down time and time again now. I don’t know what’s happening or why. Almost every time I go or order for delivery, there’s something wrong or missing from my order, I don’t even want to complain anymore. This time, I ordered the new bbq sandwich, it comes with cheese… yet it was not included. How? Thank goodness we checked the bag before pulling off. I asked someone for help as I was in curbside and they bought me out a slice of cheese lol. I guess I’m supposed to warm the sandwich up myself so the cheese will melt, wilting the lettuce with my one piece of bacon and one squirt of sauce. Thanks Chickfila for an amazing lunch experience, can’t wait for Raising Canes to come!
