My experience yesterday was terrible. Not only did I not receive what I ordered but when I call about the mistake the employee was very rude and blame me for the issue because I did not answer my phone. I ordered 4 chicken pastas and receive 4 pastas without chicken. The employee said the store ran out of chicken and had I answered my phone I would have known that. Her tone of voice was very rude and disrespectful. I requested a refund and ordered dinner from somewhere else. I probably would have kept the order if I was treated with respect but who wants to eat food made by employee who do not have respect for their customers.

I was working in Rayne, LA and was looking for somewhere to eat. I stopped in at Pizza Hut 035491 on the Boulevard. Nicole greeted me and made me feel like I was her most important customer. After placing my order, she then asked me if there was anything else that she can help me with. I had ordered cheesy bread. Because it was my lunch she took the time to cut them in bite size squares.

This location has awesome management that really care and employees that are friendly and add extra little add-ons like personalized thank you notes. I have no complaints about any of the staff or management or really even the wait time on the busiest days. I will say, I would recommend not ordering stuffed crust from this location. I’m not sure what it is or why but 8/10 times that I order it there’s some issue either the Crust or the dough itself. This is the only thing I ever have any issues with and Every other pizza I’ve ever gotten has been fine. Management does always make it right anytime there is an issue with no questions asked.
