Great pizza, that garlic crust is delicious and those chicken wings are soo crunchy, flavorful and so are the sauces!! My family really enjoyed them and we will be back!! On top of all of that Kara and the other ladies working there are so freaking helpful, friendly and sweet, made sure I got my 1 topping 14″ for the $9.00!! Some of the best customer service I have ever received.

Make sure you check your pizzas before you leave their pizza shop. I called to inform the manager of our pizzas being over cooked(burnt) and the crust hard as a rock. When I brought the three pizzas back ,I was told they were not burnt in their opinion. They also made me feel like a criminal as several pieces were thrown in the trash as we could not eat them. Poor customer services. When I asked for the owners contact information she, I assume the manager refused. She did eventually remake the pizzas. They were cooked as expected this time. Totally not worth the price. Pizza was burnt & crust hard as a rock. Lettuce in salad was wilted & soggy, ranch dressing tasted sour. Husbands salad drowning in water, disgusting! Don’t waste your money, I know we won’t order here again!!

I ordered my pizza at 6:45 didn’t get here until 9:10 and after spending as much as I did my pizza was literally hard. It seems like the pizza had sat for an hour before I got it. This is the first time trying it and I’m not impressed at all. The only good experience I got was the delivery driver

I have been here three times since my mom introduced me. We have gotten the bock box, and three different pizzas. All the food was delicious. My personal favorite was the Hattie-B’s, it had Nashville hot chicken. The garlic and pepperoni pizzas were also great. I was very impressed, the food has been done with we get there and the staff is very kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

They have the product, they just don’t know how to run the business. Typically the pizza and wings are both incredible (arguably the best in Columbus), but you get a dud now and then. Service has deteriorated lately. I just waited 2.5 hours on a $36 pizza. Obviously unacceptable. Won’t be ordering again for a few months. Hopefully in that time they hire someone who knows how to run this kind of business, as well as more people in the shop and drivers. Spend the money guys. Love the food; consistency and service are just as important though.
