Placed an order online with a pickup time. Went to pick it up, and it wasn’t even looked at. The place was not busy inside at the time. They were nice about getting it going, but i had to wait another 30 min. It’s Panda, so I guess my expectations should not be high, but the food is just bland to me. It used to be better. Well, im done with Panda, I believe.

Placed an order online on 6/29 at 3:49 pm during my lunch time & wasted my lunch here didn’t get my food until 4:16pm (27 mins later) because they didn’t have teriyaki chicken made. The gentleman in the front was polite and knew I was waiting a while. The lead or manager on duty basically yelled at him in front of customers because he gave me a few extra soy sauce and chili sauce that I requested and told him “only give him one of each” referring to me.

2 stars only because the food was fresh, warm and pretty good-otherwise it would be a zero. Ordered steamed rice, beef broccoli and orange chicken via uber eats. Received rice and double orange chicken. Receipt showed correct order, container was missing the items. Called to have it corrected and the manager said to call uber eats, that wasn’t them. Explained it wasn’t ubereats that messed up, but the actual store by not putting correct food. Manager said he understood, but that’s the way it works…guess, store #1720 is on the “don’t eat here ” list. So Sad, because they actually are good, but their accountability and customer service is nonexistent.

I came in at 8:30 p.m and the lady there gave me the absolute smallest portions she possibly could give me. I don’t understand why she did that if you’re just going to throw everything away at the end of your shift, you’re just an hour away from closing. Why do some fast food employees act as if the food comes out of their paychecks at the end of the night and skimp on the portions for no reason. The food was good as always though and the cashier was nice but other than that I don’t think I’ll be going there again.
