It was convenient to stop forme.but I will spend the extra at Starbucks .how can coffee be so difficult ALL THE TIMEs.IVE COMPLAINED but now have NOONE to blame but myself for thinking they’d get it together. Very small space and be prepared to repeat your order twice when ordering and again at the window. Just think it’s too small of a space to be running and servicing such a large area that loves their dunkin as much as this area does.. needs to expand like yesterday or find a bigger location to operate out of. When you do get the food you actually ordered it is usually good.

I don’t even know where to begin… they couldn’t even take the order right- they literally lost half our order?? Then they had to ring multiple transactions- STILL made the one drink all wrong. Finally a manager comes over, assesses the situation, and her solution?? While there are unhappy customers speaking to her?? Oh.. she decided to charge us THIRTY SEVEN CENTS for the oatmilk THEY FORGOT! I work in the food industry- and I can absolutely promise you that if a kitchen or front of house staff member makes a mistake- not once, but twice- the CUSTOMER does NOT PAY for that mistake. This whole dunkin experience was absolutely awful and the blonde female manager needs additional training so she can better deal with these situations when they arise.
