Often at meal times no fresh made food or even pizza by the slice. 5:30 p.m. on a Friday night you would think they would have food out from the kitchen. They had no coffee for 3 weeks. unfortunately this is often the case. Poorly managed store.

No pizza or any thing from kitchen. Tea containers empty. One of the employees was being very inappropriate . Had to wait why cash was being counted out in open in front of customers.

Terrible customer service!! went there at 9:50 am and no one was at the kitchen area and I waited for awhile so I went up to the cash register and asked if I can order a pizza and the lady at the cash register looked at the other two ladies behind her and then they gave me a mean look, and the lady that I’m assuming is the cook said “what do you want” in a rude way. As I made my order they continued to be rude and condescending.

I like their Pizza service though some of the staff don’t take their job serious enough. Caught one of them touching a Medium Size Pizza I ordered with bare hands, when it came out of the oven and began cooling, which is not appropriate behavior by anyone in the food business. I called them out on it and they lied about touching it though I actually saw them do it twice – and not all of them wear hair nets.

If you’ve been into a Casey’s before this isn’t going to be much of a surprise, they have an established prefab footprint plan that they like to use. Now that’s not a bad thing, and it’s a really nice door inside, very clean the pizza is delicious they have a wide selection on their drinks. It’s a welcome addition to the Union City community.
