I must say this was one of the best places I’ve ever eaten. Almost be willing to drive two and a half hours one way just to get another sandwich there. Mary hostess was one fantastic lady I really miss her she was very sweet. We were in town for a roller derby match and she made it all worthwhile matter of fact we came back the next day to eat there for you left cuz we liked it so much. My wife bought one of their t-shirts and I’ll be honest it’s one of the best restaurants you could possibly go to. If you go to Hammond you want to stop here in a matter what.

I’ve been going here since I was 13 years old and I really can’t say how great it was to be able to have a safe place to hang out and meet with friends. They are under new management now but they have retained the same home town restaurant feeling from before.
