My first time at this location and the drive-Thru went by quickly and easily. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. I received my bagel and drink, and I pulled off. They did great with my “lightly toasted” request, but where’s my cream chese?!? Next time, I’ll check my order before driving away.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts everyday during my work shift for the Metro. I always get a large unsweetened green tea. The name on my receipt is Carlos, but the short Hispanic man and the slightly taller, chunkier man at this location have outstanding customer service! Not only were they very fast, friendly and helpful but they also are model employees for customer service. I am truly impressed with this location’s service and drinks.

Ordered Uber eats and they got nothing wrong forget the fact that it took them years to prepare the food they then send me the wrong items the only thing right was the drinks I am livid. I am literally looking at the order that says croissant on it but they proceeded to use English muffins on all the sandwiches. Never again.

I observed the manager making food with his mask down, when I said something about it he switched to cashiering, then went back to making food with THE SAME GLOVES HE JUST TOUCHED MONEY WITH. I honestly feel that if working in food service, you really should follow the safeserv and cdc guidelines

This morning I ordered unsweetened hazelnut coffee with cream and no sugar. What I got was sweetened hazelnut. So sweet that I could not drink at all. I stop by this place every morning to get my coffee and am so disappointed with the service I receive. Every time I order, I have to check whether it is unsweetened or not because on numerous occasions they would sweeten it up. Every time my order went wrong. I am not to going to get my coffee from this location anymore. Please employ employees who are focused and provide good customer service or you will lose your business.

This location has the worse service. I have given this particular location sooo many chances, but today was the last straw. 20 minutes for 1 drink, and the manager is standing at the window not helping out his staff at all. I asked the cashier twice would my drink be coming soon. She repeatedly said yes. I watched the young lady make every other drink. Save yourself the wait and frustration, go to the Burtonville location .
