Driving down bird and found this gem. It’s a food truck and the food is amazing. The best compliment I can give is I can’t wait to go back. I had the carnitas quesadilla. It was packed full of tender, juicy carnitas. Perfection. We also had some al pastor and chorizo tacos. Also delicious.

Tacos are ok. The pulpo tacos was just pure salt. The taco pastor dry. The steak was the best but was tuff. The guacamole and chips decent put the guacamole tasted like it was bought. The taco shell is store purchased.
