There great, the sauce isn’t overly sweet like the big chains and their cheese and pepperoni are great. I’m not going to give them a perfect rating based on the fact that it was something like$40 $42 for 2 pizzas, but I enjoyed it.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but I thought this was necessary. I ordered $45 worth of pizza and chicken delivered. The chicken was uncooked. I called to report. Manager refused to get on the phone at first. When he did, he was very rude. Would not give me his name. Nor would he give me the name and number of the owner so that I could politely call the next morning to discuss. I was offered to have another order of chicken delivered. But after waiting an hour for food to be delivered, we ate the cold pizza instead. I chose to not opt for the store credit after the manager treated me so horribly. Because I knew I would never go back to this location. I believe in giving people Grace, but this was ridiculous. And if you had nothing to hide, then why were you so reluctant to give the owners name and number? If I could rate this at a zero I would. Probably more so because of the unprofessionalism from management besides, the uncooked chicken and the cold pizza. Judging by the multitude of negative reviews I guess it’s safe to assume the owner does not care about good customer service.

They were my go to pizza place & I ordered today & a hair was baked into the crust. Called for a refund & they wouldn’t refund. Offered me another hairy pizza. Disgusting! Just noticed another review about hair in their food. I won’t order again.

Was very disappointed with tonight’s meal. I usually have problems with the delivery (with them forgetting stuff) so I decided to go get it. I’ve never seen a wing, thigh, and leg the same size! I called and the manager had a problem with my complaint He said they don’t pick the chicken? But you cooked it and put it in the box and knew that that wasn’t right?!?? He took over an hour to bring me an non-edible replacement meal that was cold and soggy!

I received a free pizza from Gionino’s today and decided to give them a try. I ordered a medium pizza with red peppers, JoJo’s, and hot wings. The service was great and they had my order ready ahead of time. I had actually left my phone and keys inside the store and the man up front brought them back out to me. However, the inside looked pretty gross. The refrigerator looked encrusted in grease. There was an older gentleman on the inside with his back turned and on his phone. The pizza was also sub par. The crust was too doughy, the cheese was too tough, and the sauce was hella sweet. The red peppers were ok but definitely canned. The peppers must have absorbed the moisture in the sauce and cheese when it was put into the oven. I liked how there was minimal sauce. The end butt of the crust was also nice and crispy.

I first want to say I have always had a good experience with Giannino‘s pizza. But on the specific time that we ordered It was the worst order out pizza I have ever had. Not only did it lack sauce and cheese the toppings were at a minimum. Will never order from here again. Too many options to choose from.

Pizza was good we got it for dinner today. Then I discovered a very long black hair on the pizza so gross. Upset I fed this to my family before seeing the hair -it was under a slice of pizza.
