Did take out for dinner while I was staying down the street for work. It’s a fun bright atmosphere with lots of large screen TVs. The service was friendly and helpful. I got the vegan patty plate with coleslaw and sweet fries. The coleslaw was nice – it’s very mild. I also got the sweet fries which are sweet potato fries. They tasted nice though not crispy at all. They were very soft. The patty tasted really good. You can see chunks of veggies in it. It’s coated in crumbs which adds a nice texture. It’s not fried.

This place is a must for those who want to pay $15 for old wilted salads with chronic order mess ups. Also, never dare ask for extra sauce of any kind because you ain’t gonna get it if you are ordering takeout or delivery. We ordered 7 salads on Thursday, July 6th for a team meeting and ALL 7 had near rotten lettuce!!!!!! Tried to get in touch with Manager for over an hour and she/he was apparently very late to work and thus unavailable. Sent an email to Ponko email address for Decatur location and I have heard NOTHING back. We order from there for many of our team meetings. Not anymore!!!! I can eat old produce at home for “free”.

First off: wow. Really good chicken. When I arrived I was told about free parking around back so thankfully I moved my car there. You walk in and order at the counter and food is brought to you. I got the 3 tender plate with green beans and brown rice. The green beans were slathered in sauce which I didn’t care for but the rest of the meal was AMAZING. I could eat those sweet and savory tenders every day. Can’t wait to try the midtown location. Also the staff was super friendly.

I had a really pleasant experience here. Didn’t know there was free parking in the back until I got inside, so be prepared to pay just in case the free spots are taken. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the teriyaki chicken, white rice, and fries. I would definitely go back!

First off: the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and friendly. And omg, tofu tenders are so delicious! I’m addicted. 10/10 recommend. I’ve never dined in. I always get it to go on my lunch break, but the dining area is nice and cute. They also have a nice little outdoor patio.

The fried OG hotdogs & barbque fried hotdog is the bomb!!! Sweet potato fries are great.. The best part is the sweet almond peach tea!! Omg!! Everything is always good here! Try it out!! Thursday they have a live band!! Brown rice is good vegan chicken fingers was a little bland ponko fries are ok

So I’ve been a huge Ponko Chicken advocate for a very long time, and always get spicy chicken with ranch dressing. The last few times I’ve made take out and asked for 2 extra ranch, will see the note on the bag labeled 2 extra ranch and even asked the gentleman giving me the food if the extra ranch is in the bag only to drive all the way home and find 0 ranch dressings….very disappointing Ponko Chicken. Do Better!!!!!

I ordered through Grubhub, but I am not allowed to leave a review there. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and only received the sandwich. The picture has fries in it, it’s called a “meal”, and there’s no option to add fries. I wouldn’t have paid $14 for just a sandwich that I could’ve easily made with oven baked chicken tenders, BBQ, and cole slaw.
