We were in the restaurant one hour before closing. There was a steady stream of cars in the drive through and a few other people came in after us. We ordered the last of their available fried chicken, as they said they turned their fryers off, so everyone else who wanted fried chicken for that last hour would not be able to get any. I understand how to prepare for closing, but they need to make sure there’s enough food to feed the customers before shutting everything down.

This used to be a decent, average KFC. Last time I ate there, I went through the window and picked up a to go order, and asked for ketchup with my order, she told me it was in the bag. When I got out of town, back on the highway, I opened my bag, my chicken sandwich was two tiny chicken strips, about the size of my index finger, that almost halfway filled the bun, and no ketchup in the bag, and I tipped her $2, besides paying way too much for that tiny snack! I think they were out of chicken that day, and they sold me a parakeet strip sandwich! That’s another fast food ripoff dump that will never get another penny from me! I should have gone to Allsup’s and got a couple burritos instead, at least I would have gotten my money’s worth!

I went to go get some chicken and it was 11 which it was closed and should be open and i called and ask what time they are ganna open and the manager responded and a disrespectful manner and told me she opens whenever she wants and told me to wait

Went thur drive thru window, I was told they weren’t taking orders, that I need to get off. Due to weather. Yes it’s cold and windy but that’s why there’s a window , for customers convenience Honestly couldn’t get off! The girl at window was rude, I did not get off. It’s about customer service, not about the employee being cold when window opens. If the drive thur doesn’t work for them then close it!!! And we would know, if you want KFC you have to enter.

Just poor service with food presentation and customer service. Their phone has been busy for 4 plus hours. Sent text and no response. Corporate just attempts to buy you off with a coupon. Says nothing about trying to contact store manager or franchisee. Utterly ridiculous. I would not use this establishment but only one close to me. On top of poor sevice it cost $26.00 for 2 people to have dinner. Do not, by any means use this place for food.

In lovington nm I didn’t get the worker name at the drive thru but on my receipt it says makayla so I’m hopping it’s her but she is very nice very very sweet I remember in the past there were very rude people there and this girl made my experience this time better I definitely would recommend people to go thank you makayla for being sweet and very kind

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with fries and drink. Cashier was very polite and friendly. Drink was good and cold, fries were cold, I usually eat them first while they are supposed to be hot, they weren’t. Spicy chicken wasn’t, I think they accidentally put a plain chicken in the sandwich, I think the sauce had a hint of spiciness, pickles were tough, how in the hell do you get tough pickles?????
