Lady inside is terrible. Didn’t like us because we had young kids. Which is surprising since she does no work at all. Didn’t bother asking kids ages and charged full price. Didn’t want to offer refills to us but the table behind us was offered. But hey this guys were working on the parking lot . Terrible service. Food is right in line.

I don’t even know if the black char pieces are definitely not bacon they look like charcoal bits. Very little lettuce & tomato as well the mayo was barely on there either. Definitely will never order from here again not like what it was years ago.

Ordered online at 948 pm, said it would be 60 minute… needless to say it was way over 60 minutes. I called them twice to find out what was going on, first time they sId oh its on the way we just got busy, 1120pm while I’m on the phone with them again the pizza finally shows up… cold.Then I call the owner, tells me he’ll call me back… Never called me back or made things right. Lost a customer here

Even though I called in my order for pick up it was a 20 min wait on top of the original 25 min. The price if a 6 piece has gone up but us not worth 9 bucks as they were really tiny and unprepared! Maybe it’s just a new crew.

We love going to Fort Ball! I also love their take-out, especially their salads- please bring back eggs Every time we’ve eaten here the restaurant is clean, staff are very friendly, and the food is great. I don’t like pizza, but I have a house full of guys who do. Fort Ball makes it possible to fill my family up without breaking the bank.
