I don’t know who running this place now, but the last 2 times I’ve been though here my food been cold once again today cold!!! I over looked it first time, it so cold the cheese isn’t melted on my sandwich even. Understand being busy! But the prices that there customers pay, Your sandwich should be at least warm. And you’re sandwich shouldn’t be Slob together.

It’s faster to go sit down to eat then use the drive through. They are out of ketchup and other things they don’t let you know when you order. Then when we finally got food, it was not good. Fries were horrible!

My husband and I stopped, their milkshake machine was broke down. Ok, I went there today A WEEK LATER, same thing. It was broke down. I guess they can’t afford to get it fixed? I asked for coffee, he said they don’t have coffee. Now mind you, this Arbys is next to a 4 lane highway. Lots of tourism, traffic. Why in the world would it not make sense to sell coffee? SMH. Do they have a millennial for a manager or what? Food is not as good as it use to be. We will not be back!!!!

Longest time I’ve ever waited in a drive-thru. The lady in front of me had a big order, but whatever happened to asking her to pull over and bring her order out when it’s ready so the rest of the customers can be served in a timely fashion? My food wasn’t very warm by the time I got it.
