I’m pescatarian, so I can’t comment on the meat options but my friends said the duck and steak were good. I had escargot as an appetizer which was good, and scallops were my main course which were good as well. The truffle mac and cheese was very bland. Everyone at the table had one bite and didn’t like it. It was literally truffle mac without cheese. Definitely don’t recommend it. Other than that the restaurant has a nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

We had some friends come in from out of town and visited Duck Duck Goose for as an upscale treat. We arrived about 15 minutes before our friends. Even though our table was open, reserved and ready, they wouldn’t seat us and instead guided us to wait at the bar. This was a little silly given we would have ordered drinks at our table — instead we were a little annoyed being relegated the bar. Once seat things moved pretty quickly. Overall, the food was pretty good. To start, we ordered the escargot and tartare for the table. Both tasted good, though it was a little odd that we were charged extra for a few extra slices of toast for the table (given the price point of the dishes themselves, this was odd). The duck confit was delicious and was a healthy portion though.

Not sure about the hype. Maybe didn’t order right food. To me I think it suits the standard. But definitely I’m feeling we are over paid for this. Paying for Michelin price but didn’t have the Michelin service.

Delicious food, escargot is phenomenal. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Management was extremely friendly even had bug spray at the ready to help with the awful DC mosquitos. As someone who has worked fine dining and is currently a manager/bartender at a restaurant this level of quality of service and food was very enjoyable to experience. Went in for my girlfriend’s birthday and we had a very special time!

Had an amazing dinner here. The quality of everything we had was top notch. Went for a girls night, but would be awesome for romantic dinner. From the restaurant, to the service, to the food! Wonderful. The truffle ravioli appetizer should absolutely be a meal. I could have ate by itself. I also had a fish dish which was like a fish Wellington, it was also fantastic. Will absolutely be back.

Went to duck duck goose because a friend recommended for brunch. Was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything tasted. We got the French toast, salmon eggs Benedict, quiche Lorraine, chocolat chaud and a side of duck fat fries. Everything was delicious. Will be going back for the French toast and the chocolat chaud all the time!
