It’s pizza hut pizza. So it tastes fine. But, orders are messed up on delivery a lot of times. They forget sauces, give medium pizzas instead of larges, take so long the pizzas are cold, etc. And then the only way to get the order fixed if it’s wrong is to go to the restaurant with the order to prove it. Which defeats the purpose of paying a delivery fee and tip to the driver. They offer no other solutions when an order is wrong.

Our pizza didn’t match up. It wasn’t circular and it was like they took random slices of pizza from other pizzas and threw it in the box. They had two little pieces of beef on a random slice of pizza (Right slice). We got a mushroom and ham thin crust pizza. Everything looked like it was just tossed in there. One of the pieces of beef was eaten by someone so one is missing. It feels like I ordered pizza from chuckecheese. This is ridiculous.

Pizza was cold and oily, also it was just sitting on the prep table when I arrived. The pizza was not in the warmer box. The establishment was filthy. I was so unsatisfied that I gave the pizza( if we can call it that) back and ask for a refund.

I was given a burnt pizza! I tried calling to speak with the manager and I was just left on hold. I called back and every employee answered the phone and said I’ll transfer you to my manager. Guess what the manager never answered the phone!

Starting with the order, the associate was friendly and willing to help. I was given options to save a few dollars by joining a rewards program and got my pizza half price. Has to be a regular priced item. Order didn’t take long and it was brought out to my vehicle. I enjoyed it as it was good.
