Upon entering, the hostess asked for my party’s name and phone number after I expressed that I needed a table for 3. She didn’t specify that there would be a wait until I asked and said that it would be a 15-20minute wait.

Party of two, Our wait was going to be 20 minutes, and we were ok with that because we had a trailer on our truck and new parking and finding another place to get into would be hectic so we took the wait. We were finally seated where we waited another 15 mins for someone yo get our drink order, we already knew what we waited due to the wait. It was aggravating because they were sitting everyone in the middle section of the restaurant and all the tables where almost elbow to elbow, you could not get in and out of your sits without almost hitting someone. Our food came out Luke warm but we were already aggravated so we ate and got back on the road to finish our travels.

It never fails we always have good food at every store we stop at. The only thing that changes is the service. We waited at least 10 minutes standing there to be seated, the only ones waiting. The lady at the front “cashier” told the manager that she called someone up and that was not true at all. I watched her the whole time and she didn’t get on the radio or phone. So that’s not good. It’s a curse, I notice everything. Finally a customer setting down eating their own food had to tell the girl cleaning the tables to go seat us we had been waiting long enough. Wow…

Start off Cracker Barrel is my favorite breakfast showing this Cracker Barrel very unorganized we waited 40 minutes on a Monday and half of the restaurant was closed for seating and then we sat 20 minutes just someone to take our order hour and 45 minutes my we understand and had two servers running their butts off but the food was pretty good manager needs to start managing for the customer not themself

I went to this location on February 13, 2023. Cracker always make me feel like I’m going to my grandma’s house when I walk in and look around at the decorations they have. I decided to get the Hamburger Steak with fries, bacon baked beans, and biscuits. The Hamburger Steak was seasoned and cooked the way I like it. The biscuits was soft, and putting jelly on it really bought the taste out. The fries was okay, just needed a little bit more seasoning. The Bacon Baked Beans was ok as well; I wish I could have tasted more bacon in the baked beans. All and all it was a really good time.

So, I had a bad feeling when I realized what area this was in. Had a bad experience with a hotel very close to this location (before I loved in Memphis) and my experience at this location was right in line. First off, about 15 minutes away I caed to put my order in to lessen my wait. Unfortunately, by the time they answered my call I was pulling up. Before I got off the phone though the associate stated that she was new and was having difficulties. Once inside this new associate was assisting another person. I could tell she was struggling and the customer was at the counter for a good while just trying to place her order. They eventually had me and another gentleman wait for a waiter to come out and take our orders. The waiter was experienced and so that went well. Put in my order and did the usual, walked around touching things and looking while I waited. I waited. Waited some more and waited again. I had touched all the things interesting to me and now I was just waaaiiiiittttiiinnnggg.. At some point a few orders came out. Not mine. Then some more time past. A few orders…EVENTUALLY, after arriving a whole hour ago, me and the customer at the counter order came out. I am not sure if the cook was new but it wasn’t crowded. During my wait, people who were dining in had to wait. Most of the hour I was there there was no hostess at the booth. Thank goodness once I got home, the food was decent. My hashbrown casserole was hard and dry on one side (picture) . Either I was starving or everything else was up to par. When I am crazing pancakes in thefuture(I ordered the grandma sampler) I will probably bypass this location.

I placed 2 orders online for curbside pick up at the same time. The orders were supposed to be ready at 11:11. At 11:25 I gave up on curbside and went in. One order was ready, one wasn’t so I waited, and waited, and waited. I was concerned that the first order would be cold, but was told “it hadn’t been sitting very long. Finally, the other order came out…missing items. No latte, no fruit cup. They took their time getting those ready. I get back to work and the other order was missing items as well, not to mention everything was cold. I could understand if they were busy, but they weren’t. It was dead. Very dissappointing.

Tables were dirty. Our server was very nice but so inexperienced! We were halfway through our meal still without a napkin and one of our sides. Food took a while to come out. We were offered bread but never received it. Other tables around us were also without items they needed. Asked what deserts did they have so we could take to go & they said, NONE!? The food was good,not excellent but good. Service was terrible! Server was a nice person but inexperienced. Won’t be back to this location again because we had the same problem before & can’t enjoy our dinner this way!
