The employee made my Butter Pecan Crunch Frozen Coffee incorrectly, insisted that it was actually the right way to make it despite me ordering it every day and always getting the coco caramel sprinkles in the actual coffee too not just drizzled on top. It even says on the drink itself “4 CocoCrml Sprnkls” indicating 4 scoops go in the drink before it is blended and then an additional “1 CocoCrml Sprnkls” to be drizzled on top. Furthermore the employee refused to give me a refund as he insisted he made the drink correctly, which he indeed did not. Do not recommend this location at all.
