I love this spot! It’s run by an incredibly friendly team, and the açaí bowls don’t disappoint. Everything on the menu hits! The ingredients are super fresh, and each bowl is packed with antioxidants and leaves me feeling energized for the day ahead. The location is fab! It couldn’t be better. It’s perfect for a beach day. It’s a super clean spot inside. I’ll be coming back time and time again!

The açaí bowl I ordered was great, but that’s not why I’m writing this review. When I walked in the girl working the counter briefly looked up and gave a quick “hello” without making eye contact. She did not smile, she did not make any conversation. When I ordered I asked her about the oatmeal and if she had tried it. Her response was “I don’t know, I haven’t tried it” in an annoyed tone. She did not offer any other response, nothing about if other people liked it, if it’s served hot or if it’s served cold like overnight oats. She asked if I wanted the bowl “for here or to go.” While she was making it two kids walked in and she only said hello. A second girl came out from the back, saw the other two guests in line and walked as if she was going back in to the back, turned around and heaved a big sigh before grabbing gloves and asking the other two “what can i get for you”. The girl making my bowl finished and handed it over to me with a lazy and annoyed “have a good day.” Both girls just seemed generally irritated that they were there working and that people were coming in and ordering from them. This was a rare occasion where I seriously regret tipping. I don’t usually do this kind of thing because I get that sometimes people are introverts, but I was so thrown off by the interaction I felt the need to say something, especially as someone who has worked in the service industry and now works in customer service and hospitality. This team could use some serious customer service training.

I had such an awesome experience. I believe her name is Mel, but she was super awesome and nice. She was very professional yet welcoming and warm. The food was fresh and delicious too. All the staff was very helpful and friendly with my dietary restrictions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great food really nice people! I bought my wife and I a bowl, I was eating mines right away but waiting on my wife and they offered to keep it in the freezer for me, so nice to consider! Very friendly and the açaí bowls and the dang smoothie is to die for!
