The sandwiches here are great. But it depends on who’s making it of course. I’ve gone once and have had my sandwich a little dry and overcooked, and I’ve gone and have gotten an amazing sandwich. But over all, I love this spot, and Firehouse is my favorite sub sandwich shop. I do wish they’d bring back their hot sauces though.

Ordered online for pickup, waited about 5 minutes then drove 10 minutes to get there. When I walked in I told them I was there for an online pickup order which they hadn’t even started on……….the store was empty…….I ordered online for a small order, why did I have to wait another 10 minutes for an order that’s supposed to be ready when I get there. It would have been fine if they were working on it but they weren’t. Overall food was fine but the service sucked.

Disgusting. First visit to Firehouse; will be my last there. Rang up order and scratched head with gloves on before making my sandwich with same gloves. Had on a shirt with frizzy sleeves that kept coming into contact with my food, also had keys on a lanyard that kept swinging over my food during preparation. Should have asked for a refund and left, but I didn’t want to make a scene and had waited a long time for my food. Sanitation a big issue and might be of interest to a health inspector. Reply to negative comments seem to be that a customer representative will forward info to owner, but no indication that management cares.
