We ordered on the app a few minutes before arriving to the location, so when we went inside, we had to wait a while. One of the workers asked us if we had ordered, and I let them know we ordered on the app. Soon after, they brought our order out to us and the food was nice and warm. We ate it inside the restaurant, which was very clean. I got the cheesy roll up and the cheesy fiesta potatoes, which were expected quality. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the food was fair, and the service was impeccable, so I had a great experience!

A young man who was running the cash register last week, Brandon Hoffman, saw an older couple coming in for lunch and they were having a slow go at getting in. Without hesitation, he went over to the door, held it open for them, and offered his arm to the sweet little lady and took her to the table of her and her husband’s choice. When their food was ready, he brought it out to them. We acknowledged his kindness and he told us that his grandma was special to him and just smiled. He has stolen our hearts! Franklin store, you have a great employee and we think he is absolutely wonderful!

Never get the order correct, people that work there are ignorant and never friendly, food is never packaged right so it always spills half way out in the to go bag. Made us wait 30 mins for a mobile order stating they never received it even though we showed proof they did. Notification clearly stated that it was ready for pickup. Didn’t even offer to remake the order due to the wait and it being cold outside once they realized our order was made already. Have had bad experiences in the past at this location also.

Had a great experience! Customer service in our time is always very lack-luster. Not the case here! I simply picked my food up in the drive-thru, and the greeting from Kim working the drive-thru taking my order and giving my food. Very happy and has the mindset of giving customers a great experience! Many people in any kind of customer service career could learn a lot from Kim!

This location is nothing but ignorant people food never comes prepared right asked the manager to fix my order and she was very rude then she snapped on another customers who walked in behind me and told them the lobby was closed when clearly its wasn’t dining room was full definitely needs better management think the women’s name was Maureen but another guy came and fixed my order definitely will not be back

This Taco Bell is one of the better in the area (definitely better than the one in Cherokee, which is dreadful). You may have to wait a few minutes on your food but here it’s prepared correctly and is fresh.

At least the food has flavor here. Prices have gone up, but the $1+ on each item just to add soyr cream is NOT worth it when you can buy sour cream at the store cheaper and add it yourself.
