This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. We had a van full of kids on the way back from the coast and put in a very large order. Our wait in the drive thru was about 7 minutes. Everything was hot and made really well. (No leaky drippy tacos) Even my kids commented that this was “really good Taco Bell!” Worth a stop if you need something hot and fast.

I have gotten take out at the Shelton Taco Bell for years. I like most of the menu and love some of it. Once in a while things are put together a little sloppily but they still taste good so I figure there’s a newbie on board and they will learn. Everyone is usually very friendly!

This is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. They have always gotten my order correct and complete and the employees are on point with their customer service skills, way better then any other ff restaurants around! The only reason I gave 3 for atmosphere is the homeless population hanging around this area junking it up!

I am so sick of ordering double meat at this Taco Bell only to get the same amount n STILL get charged for double meat. I keep trying every once in a while to see if it’s changed only to continuously have it screwed up. I hardly ever leave a review for a fast food place but damn dude. Do better.

Drive through is a real hassle. If you’re in a truck, it’s really narrow The staff is very pushing. They try to rush you through ordering. And then after they do that, they can’t even make sure they give you the right sauce, and they get an attitude. If you take too long to order, it’s very income trouble and they do that.

Makes us use Kiosk then doesn’t even have any one at the counter then got the food awhile later cold and they didn’t even know I ordered drinks no one at the counter every one was to busy to help waited for 15 min in front tell finally someone helped.
