Seems like every time I turn around they get my order wrong or leave items I asked for off. They don’t give you a receipt or tell you your total until you get to the window which I’ve never been a fan of. If the purpose of that is to be more efficient and move the line along it doesn’t matter if the customer’s order ends up being incorrect.

There was no line and I didn’t know but to try and pass it off as an act of disrespect is ridiculous. Just let me know it’s best to stop there before hand. Not to mention the word he meant was “respectful”

I go here 5 days a week and majority of the time they give me the wrong drink! I get the same drink daily. I called the manager to explain the situation and he said I need to specify that when placing my order I need to tell the employees I don’t want the up charge whether they ask me about it or not. The employees should be taught to ask if the customer wants extras instead of automatically taking it upon themselves to start adding on extras to someone’s order! I can careless about extra charges but absolutely hate whip cream and don’t want it in my drink and they don’t even offer to fix the problem. Poor management

Upon going into the store to make my purchase the Manager Jennifer was yelling at 3 employee’s and being very unprofessional, rude and down grading the employee’s on the main area where us customer’s order our purchases. What kind of business do you run there. The manager should have had a private conversation and be professional with these employee’s in the back. I will never go back to this place.
