I love Chipotle’s food, but one member of their staff who took my order was very rude and snappy. When I asked for something on the side, they freaked out and threw their hands up while practically yelling at me. This person was sighing very loud and seemed to be clinching their jaw very tight in frustration. Aside from the poor service, Chipotle is generally a good experience.

Ordered Uber Eats. Item was a $13 salad. They gave me half a serving of the salad. Not the first time. However, have been to different Chipotles. For comparative example, the one at College Station, TX near Texas A&M had chicken bowls for $7.5 ish and had decent serving sizes. $13 spent there would almost feed two. This looks like they are running the outlet poorly and ripping customers off as is evident from some other reviews. Being the only one in this college town , didn’t expect them to screw up so bad. I am wondering who evaluates the performance review of this outlet and managed to keep this open at the corporate level.

My girlfriend works so hard and has such long days, and just wanted a nice meal from Chipotle. She ordered chips and salsa with her quesadilla and you gave her literally only 7 chips in her bag? Does she look like a literal ant to you? Or do you just not know how to scoop chips into a bag? Either way, ridiculous! She deserves the biggest bag of chips this cruel world has ever seen, not this measly bag suitable only for an infant. I’m mad, and disappointed. Disgusted even. Do better.

Went in and this dude was packing burritos full and I get some tall scrawny dude that makes me a tiny burrito. If I wanted something small I’d go to Taco Bell and get a cheesy roll up. Do better.
