Horrible customer service. I ordered 5 pizzas for delivery to the office for a party. They arrived 1.5 hours after the stated time, and they were all cold and dry. Upon calling twice to find out the status of the delivery, they stated that there was a technical delay in processing the order and the delivery person had only just left. If this had communicated beforehand with a call, I could have gone to pick it up, or at least prepared my office for the delayed arrival. Everyone was hungry and had to work push meetings around to adjust for the new party timing.

Been a regular customer for many many orders, now they raise the prices and call cheese a topping, so a 2 topping medium is really only one topping and cheese. Ask to substitute Alfredo sauce for marinara sauce and that adds an upcharge. Employee at window asked me to park in an employee spot, and same for the car behind me, while we waited, then a manager? gets back from delivery and asks us to not park there and to park around front, wasn’t even polite about it. I told her to speak with her coworker about it and got “oh, well if you were told to park here…” Regardless of being told to or not, that lady needs a serious attitude check, I can easily take my business elsewhere and take plenty of customers with me if that’s how she thinks paying customers should be spoken to. Never had an issue before, but this time, paid twice the usual and get talked to like a child to boot. Try harder if you think I’m gonna pay Pizza Hut prices for Domino’s with a side of Karen…
