My gf ordered dinner for me and her from this location and the experience was just ridiculous. She ordered wings, a sub with only lettuce, mayo, shrimp and cheese on it with fries. The sub had tomatoes and onions on it, which she is allergic to and like 2 pieces of shrimp. The sub was soggy and the sauce from her honey old bay wings was watery and spilled all over the bag… they refused to refund her the money for the sub unless it was returned (which you’re not even supposed to do) but it has already been thrown away. Waste of time and money..

I ordered lemon pepper wings and got some kind of unseasoned honey wings. then i ordered Kansas bbq wings, same thing no seasoning no flavor. my daughter got honey garlic pepper wings and still just honey and no flavor or seasoning. the fries are soggy or just soft. I’ll never order from this place again. ordered directly and spent $50 and didn’t even get my money’s worth. very very disappointing

Ate here via DoorDash on 4.3.23. This was the nastiest mess ever. They didn’t clean the chicken. Under cooked deep friend blood. Still slightly raw but the breading was burnt. The fries lack seasonings but was edible and still crispy for a delivery. I will no order the next time I am in MD.

Will never come back here again. Ordered food through the app and went to pick up 20 mins after the given pick up time to give them time for my food to NOT BE READY. Asked for a refund but I have to wait 5-7 days. I called to verify if my order was made before I arrived but no one answered , when I get their order hasn’t been started. Ordered honey old bay wings. Watery and tough. The staff barely spoke when I entered. Price for 5 (HALF) wings was ridiculous and they were barely edible. Was happy that food was ready upon arrival so very little wait time. But I felt food wasn’t made to order as it was tough or old.
