Overall great burgers. I suggested that of they’re making fries ahead of orders to keep them on the strainer and then packaged for bagging so the fries stay warm longer before serving. Our fries were warm vs hot and I ended up not eating them.

Food was awful that day and it’s usually good. Missed half my order and drive thru person was rude. All fast food places should also know to add napkins in an order. I mean it’s take out, drive through, we have more than one order. It’s greasy for gods sake add napkins. A straw for drinks would be great as well. Training? That be good too. SMH.

The three times I’ve been there… The young adults working the drive thru have cut me off while I’m in the middle of ordering, been short or had a condescending tone when clarifying my order, or have talked quickly or mumbled while asking questions, then going overly loud just to be a jerk when I asked for clarification. Food was fine, restaurant looks fine, just not going back. Gotta drive far out of my way for Wendy’s just to avoid being irritated.

I came through the drivethrough at around 6:30 and I don’t know what I did, but I was met with a lot of attitude. I took a second to think about my order and once I was ready the person on the speaker just seemed annoyed and rushing me. Almost forgot to ask me for my drink for the meal I ordered, and when I said “oh my drink” he said “yeah ok sure, what do want”. When I got to the window I got my order, said thank you, and right when I was about to ask for sauce I got the window shut in my face by the girl. I have worked customer service myself, so I know better than to be rude to employees, so I don’t understand why I am always met with attitude when going to this location. I get there are teens that work her, but there isn’t really much customer service.

I ordered a large Dave’s combo no cheese, with a medium frosty. The burger had cheese and was way over-salted and was not freshly made the meat was cold and tough. I ordered a cake and got rootbeer, the fries were 1/2 filled and also cold. And they forgot the frosty. Not 1 item was edible. Not to mention I was harassed by a homeless person begging for money the whole time I was in the drive-thru. I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s.

I have been here twice since they have opened, and I am not impressed. I was hoping the first time that it was just that it was a new restaurant. But I went there today and was equally disappointed. They have a sign out front that says “Breakfast”, but at 10:45 AM they had no breakfast items on the menu. I guess you can eat a burger for breakfast!?! It has been incredibly slow both times I have been there. I mean 15-20 minutes in the drive through for a couple of burgers and fries. And the fries were cold and soggy (at 11:00 AM). I was really hoping this would be good, because there are not a lot of fast food choices on Vista. I guess it’s back to Del Taco!

It was ok. Was asked to use the kiosk to order which seemed fine but every other customer walked up and ordered at the counter, I found that odd considering it was slow. Used the restroom and it was out of everything and when I let the lady know all she said was oh really. It won’t be a stop I make again.

Each time I visit here I leave disappointed. I might attempt to enjoy it once every few months. Every time they are out of something simple and common on their menu. There’s nothing like really wanting a food item or shake and then showing up and they don’t have it or you order it and they don’t include it. It’s never the same staff either so at this point the failure is the management. When I. Fortune enough to get what I asked or paid for, it’s subpar at best. Wendy’s used to be a family favorite now it ranks up there with gambling a fart after a bowl of chili. Eat somewhere else.
