Waitstaff friendly. The food (two slices of pie) and domestic beer were good. The panorama is better at some seats than others, but overall the lighting is nice and prices are fair.

Service is slow but the food is decent. Really wish the king’s garden produce was incorporated… seems like a missed opportunity. If they did I think this would be the best food option in town. Lots of interesting Info on their website about doing a field to table program soon, I’d love to see that next time we come up.

A mixed bag. About $66 for 3 people with non-water drinks and dessert. Sandwiches were okay, bread was a bit dry. Coconut pie was great. Excellent, friendly service. Nice views.

The Cafe isn’t half bad – Slow service, but good quality food – I do not think the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and potatoes were sourced from the King’s Garden on-site, despite what the menu advertises.

Horrible experience here. We came in at 1:45pm on a Wednesday and after a few minutes our waitress, Amber, took our order but gave no indication that there would be any delay. We ordered a salad, sandwich and chicken tenders and we’re not served for almost an HOUR. After 45 mins we had to ASK what was going on and our waitress very flippantly said “everything is cooked to order”. There was another couple seated near us she said would be served right after us. By the time our food came and we finished eating, that couple had not received their food and got up to leave. The waitress went after them when she came to bring their food and saw they had left. Her “apology” was that the food was “not in my control”. Horrible customer service and the food was not worth the wait. This delay made us lose out on scheduled tours and really wrecked the experience of Fort Ti.

Wish I could give a NO star review. This place is horrible!! The service doesn’t exist. Once we sat down it was a free for all to get any sort of service. 3 times the skinny blonde girl came by and told us “I’ll be with you in just a minute” during her “minute” which was 17 minutes she made sure every table that already had food was checked on and enjoying their food. Our table received nothing but “I’ll be with you in a minute”

I could have given negative stars. I have ordered 2 grilled chicken and one Mac and cheese. These guys gave me 1 tuna sandwich and Mac and cheese. When I went back and told them about error, they refused to give me the chicken sandwich and claimed that I need to return in my second tuna sandwish which I don’t even have. At the same time another woman came yelling at these guys that she order tuna salad but received grilled chick sandwich. But the restaurant guys didn’t even accept their error and kept complaining about as if it was my error to take the tuna sandwich. I have never opened a pack in front of a person earlier and hence took the pack to the bench where we were snacking. Holistic screw up
