An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Great communication when ordering our carry out over the phone. Sam, the owner, greeted me with kindness as soon as I walked in. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. The food was not only presented in a beautiful way, but was also beyond delicious. It was pouring rain, and Sam himself carried our order and helped me get it into the car. The warmth and level of customer service and quality and care in their food truly shines! Owner is always yelling at I believe his wife which is unprofessional and not a welcoming environment. Very slow service, they treat customers like they are an inconvenience.Also the place has potential for good atmosphere but is hidden by carry out containers. They stack containers and other items so high it’s obvious they are probably trying to hide the mess of a kitchen behind a wall of containers. There is a beautiful counter with a glass window for presentation so why else would you make your open dining room and kitchen design look like a stock/storage room? They made sure to not leave any room to see behind the counter from any angle. Looks trashy in this place. I’ve been a cook for many years I have no doubt they don’t want you to see what is back there and you probably don’t want to know either.

Not the best experience. Ordered takeout lunch. Got home and discovered they got the order wrong- not a big deal. But in the side salad there were many brown, old pieces of lettuce- makes me wonder how fresh everything else is. Pita bread is weirdly dense and tastes like saltines.

I placed an order online and my estimated time to pick up was 6:14. I got there at 6:44 and they never looked at the machine, in turn, never even starting my order. I ordered the chicken shawarma and fried kibbee which totalled nearly $20. The chicken shawarma meat was dry and flavorless, no distinguishable marinade or seasoning, not much garlic and the pickle chips didn’t have much flavor either. The friend kibbee was okay at best. Maybe it was just an off day, but unfortunately I likely won’t be returning.

I’m very very impressed at the professionalism of my first experience here. My first time ordering and unfortunately went through door dash. Door dash missed part of my order and the manager/or owner made it right. He went above and beyond my expectations. I am so impressed, I work in the community. I will be raving about this place to all my clients. I will definitely be returning very soon, just not going through door dash.

We tried Mezza for the first time this past weekend, and sadly it was some of the worst Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. The chicken shawarma meat was dry and flavorless, just pieces of dark meat chicken with no distinguishable marinade or seasoning. The hummus too, was lacking flavor, and the olive oil that was drizzled on top tasted like it was expired. The only good thing in our order was the pita bread and garlic. My fattoush had tomatoes in it that were mushy and clearly not fresh, but aside from that the salad was ok. Just super disappointing because it was nowhere near the quality of the Mediterranean food we normally get, but wanted to give it a try.
