I interviewed here about two weeks ago. 8/4/23. There were so many red flags right off the bat. When I originally called to ask about my application the manager had stated they just hired 2 people and she didn’t have room for an extra driver. Okay, I get it. I’m in school so I’m looking for something that has flexibility. She then calls me three days later and tells me she would like to have me in for an interview. Sweet!! I show up and get asked random questions by a driver, not the manager. Made me on edge. They then have me go into the office for my interview and the first thing out of her mouth was – “Do you have an attitude?” What kind of interview question is that!? I replied no, but I can get one if I’m pushed to that point like any other person. They then continue to bad mouth the last 2 employees who she had let go ect. Talking bad about a driver who had been off for a family emergency and that I would be getting his hours. Wow! Rude! As a former business owner and manager, I was appalled. They then tell me to send them a picture of my license and SS card! Uhhhh no ma’am! Needless to say I didn’t take the job and found something better suited to my needs. And no drama! Applicants beware!

It was Thursday April 27th and I ordered a pizza but it wasn’t ready yet so I went and sat in my car next to the steps. As I planned to go inside I see the gentlemen come outside and hand me my pizza. It seems so simple but to the man working at 1:40 that day, I gotta say I appreciated it.

Ordered a Buffalo and barbecue papadia. They each had two small pieces of chicken on them. I called the store and the manager Jessica decided to argue and say there was chicken and the correct amount. Even after showing her in person.

I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza bacon bread with honey mustard and I spoke with Kayla the manager there was supposed to be a credit put in my name with another manager called Yankee unfortunately Yankee did not put any type of credit in there for me like he said he also did not void the order off like he said he was going to do. So I called tonight to order and even though he hadn’t put it in the computer the manager Kayla said that she believed me and credited me the order the food is very good and I appreciate that she honored what Yankee neglected to put in the computer. I’ve had horrible customer service from Papa John’s. This location does not disappoint. I have ordered from here at least ten times and never had a problem with my order. The only time I was inconvenienced by them is when I asked for delivery on a Friday night. When we called to see where our food was we were given an accurate estimate of when it would arrive. Pick up your own food and don’t order on a weekend night and you too will be impressed.

This place is horrible. I called numerous different times of the day. They kept putting me on hold and never picking back up. Each time after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes or more I hung up. I was not able to get a pizza from this place at all on Sunday. I can understand everywhere is under staffed right now. Idk if that was the problem or what. From one professional to another keep your customers informed. They are less likely to be so irate..
