Such a great place. Have never met a better group of staff. All of them seem to really care about the places success, and each other. The owner is a Wonderful Woman who quite obviously has her staffs best interest at heart. The retail goods are nice, unique, and very affordable! The coffee is to die for, the folks behind the counter will make it for you however you like(no matter how sweet), and the food is delicious. All very fresh and nice.

Great ambiance with rich historical roots stemming from the Prohabition Era. Coffee was superb! Staff was genuinely friendly. Would absolutely visit again for an “underground” (locally brewed) beer of which they serve in their basement. If you go, ask about the tunnels!

WOW. Best $12 I’ve spent in awhile on food and it was quicker and WAY better than subway. I chose the “build your own” sandwich and it was the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they take pride and care into making them – I also got some fruit, cracker and cheese, and extra sauce for my takeout order. Everyone was also super nice and helpful!

Gathering Grounds is such a cute coffee and sandwich shop. You can also do a little shopping while your food is being prepared. Many different drink and food options including soup and a kids menu. Several different places to sit – in the window display, back room, downstairs under the stairs, or at many different styles of tables. Be sure to check out Gathering Grounds when you are in Perham!
