One of the worst McDonald’s franchises. Almost every time I order my daughters 2 cheeseburger (ketchup only) meal. I emphasize ketchup only, they say it back, the cashier says it to me, the freaking labels on the cheeseburgers say it, and guess what? Cheeseburgers with everything on them. The McDonald brothers and Ray Croc is rolling over in his grave with this location.

The employee working drive-thru should be asking to round up for the Ronald McDonald House. I had to ask on my own to round up. The person who gave us our food didn’t even bother to look at us. He faced the other direction and just half-heartedly handed the bag out the window waiting for me to really reach out and grab it. These are the wrong people working in the drive-thru. This has happened several times to where I felt like I needed to write a review.

This is genuinely the worst mcdonalds in the area. I have only been here 4 times despite living 2 minutes away, why? Because it has never been a normal experience. They always miss an item or 2, misunderstand through the drive through then have have an attitude. Today was it, I ordered 2 medium grimace shakes. I got 1 small and on top of that it had a fly in it. This is unacceptable by all means. I suggest the owner reconsider what goes on in his restaurant.

i, the magic space clam, have been disrespected by your workers. the soft serve machine? IT WAS HARD SERVE. the burger? IT WAS COOKED TO ASHES. i found disappointment and nothing else. fuff you mcdonalds. there were also no parking spots open or wheelchair accessible ramps

I would give this McDonald’s a 0 star if at all possible I went to the drive thru and as I was getting the change on my order and gave them a $5 bill broken in half and I told her about it at the order window and she says oh we can’t take that and I said why not & she says no, we can’t take that. I asked to speak to the manager and as she walked away to call the manager she rolled her eyes at me and that made it worse big time so I am posting this in a result of their customer service. That does not meet standards, not even minimal standards. Anyways, I boycott this McDonald’s until customer service becomes improved.
