I don’t know if there’s a mayonnaise shortage crisis going on but I promise you the amount that I got was so small that I had to go back and ask again out of my car. again it was the smallest amount of mayo the second time. I don’t even think they put any on. I don’t know what’s going on with these people I guess there’s a shortage not only that but my food was cold because of it. Every time I go to any not just this Burger King but any Burger King, I always get the worst managers and workers.

I have visited this BK during the posted operating hours 6 am to 12 pm and this BK has never been opened on time! Don’t bother going there until after 7:30 am. It is ridiculous. I stopped by for lunch today and the cashier had on a Bonnet and headscarf! Maybe it’s going out of business and the owner just doesn’t care. This extremely slow service inside explains why it is practically empty.

I just left there, Wasn’t sure if I wanted to eat Burger King or not. There was only 2 cars there at the time. I ordered a Whopper with cheese and jalapeno bites. The Whopper was cold, an so much mayonnaise on it. It was nasty couldn’t eat it.. It was like they gave me some leftover lunch food.. They charged me for cheese and never gave it to me. The jalapeno bites were overcooked and there was nothing left in the middle of them. I tried to call, but it went to some random number, that wasn’t affiliated with Burger King. I wasn’t going to drive back there. Because of this.. So I gave them a one star… Never been back…

Locations mobile order was down, which I didn’t mind. What didn’t make sense to me is that they were still charging people through it, and the guy kind of snapped at me when I said I was already charged. I worked previously in fast food so I know you can contact SOS and turn off your mobile ordering completely. Gentlemen said the money would go back on the card automatically, but I just ended up emailing customer service so I would receive it. The food wasn’t really fresh onion rings were lukewarm. Also ordered the impossible whopper, which was ok. It was burnt a little, but still good.

I pulled up to the speaker and a man asked if he can take my order. I preceded to tell him my order only for him to respond that they’re closed. It was 11:15pm and the hours were till 12am. I told him exactly that and he rudely responded that they need 45 minutes to clean the store before close. Where’s the work ethic? Why bother taking my order? Or why don’t you change hours to 11pm for lazy workers! I understand if it was 11:45 but 11:15??
