Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. If I could give them zero stars I certainly would. AWFUL service. I ordered online for catering for a business meeting, received a confirmation email with total. They were not here at the specified delivery time – I called and the girl who finally answered the phone answered, pretended she couldn’t hear me, and then HUNG UP. When I tried to call back, they continued to let it ring. I never write reviews, but I made SURE to express my frustration with this establishment. When the catering service I used to book them finally called me back – the restaurant said they “overlooked my order”. WOW. They offered to comp a future delivery – but they will not be hearing from me again.

Worst customer service experience at the food court at Parks Mall. Got an attitude straight off, go to pay and the card machine was having issues reading my chip. Cashier immediately starts talking trash to her co-worker in Spanish. Fortunately for me I can speak Spanish very well. Call her on it, she gets embarrassed and continues with the attitude. After paying for my meal I ask for a refund; rather go spend my money somewhere else.

Ordered the whole pizza and knots special. I ordered a supreme pizza. The pizza had only sausage on it. Yuck! The vegetables on it were raw. They were out of the garlic bread and packaged cheese and crushed red pepper! The pizza was soggy and limp you couldn’t even hold it to eat. Worst experience for pizza I have ever had!

I dont really understant how people stay in business if they are not willing to help and serve people. I simply asked for some napkins and the man at the register replied did you buy something from here and i said no, then he replied well then we dont have napkins. That has to be one of the ugliest things i have whitenessed when i asked for something so simple. Makes since why they dont even have 2 stars.
