A Shoe
We have been here several times and the service is usually decent, our orders are correct, the food is as expected, and they have good deals. This last time, however, they exceeded our expectations. Jeff made our order personal and fun. The staff was laughing and having a good time while making us all enjoy the experience.

I used the drive thru at this Arby’s the intercom was very low in volume the employee had to ask several times the same question as he could not hear me either ..the employees at this location were not very desirable to do business with. food was good and presentable I will not return to this location due to the service and interaction with the employees.. 4pm staff needs lessons in hospitality!

More important than forgetting my horsey sauce, the food smelled awful. Didn’t taste much better. I couldn’t even finish 1 roast beef. I was too mad to go back for a refund. I would’ve said things I’d regret so I ate the cost instead. Lesson learned.

Walked in & nobody up at counter or in back of kitchen for at least 4-5 minutes. People behind us in line walked over to Wendy’s and got meal before we did by at least 5 minutes. Food was sat at front counter for several minutes because nobody could tell us our food was ready. Very few people in restaurant & barely any ice. Wouldn’t be happy if I was franchise owner. Food was good.

The cashier was rude and all the other workers were also rude. Rang up the wrong food. The fries were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. I’m never going back and I’m really not happy they took my money for something I did not want.

Tried the new fish n ff…. fish was soggy.. hushpuppy breading should not be soggy and soggy fish is def not what i expected.. also no crinkle fries.. ita advertised with the fish but not what you get. Should have stuck with the roast beef…
