This location is very inconsistent … the Thursday lunch crew does a good job in making sandwiches. Tonight’s evening shift was HEAVY on the sauces with very little lettuce, tomatoes and chicken for their wraps. They put enough Caesar dressing for three wraps. It’s disgusting! Our wraps looked smashed down and extremely thin.

My wife and I have been to this location around six or seven times (we live in the area). They have made our sandwiches wrong almost every time. No big deal, they are quick and get them fixed normally. This last time they got the same sandwich wrong three times in a row. No BS, not just making this up for added drama. Just plain old not listening. Then the lady behind the counter decides to be very inpatient and rude to us.

Flawless Victory
It’s a decent place to get cold-cut sandwiches if you’re like me and you live closer to Grand Prairie than the Subway on Willow Knolls. Most of the employees are nice and I haven’t had a bad experience yet in the three or four times I’ve been there.

Not impressed. Ordered for pick up, got the sandwiches home and 2/3 were incorrect. Drove BACK to Jimmy John’s from home to pick up the correct sandwich as one of the two were missing pickles and Dijon which were on the 3rd sandwich. The person just scraped the pickles and Dijon off the 3rd sandwich and put it on the 2nd. The replacement sandwich was not ready when I got there. Asked them to repeat back to me what was on it as the first one was incorrect. The replacement was also incorrect and had to be made a 3rd time where they had to have me type the order on my phone and hand it to them. All I asked was for no tomato, add pickle with spicy ranch. I really don’t think it should have been THAT difficult. I will not be returning to this location.
