got completely all the wrong food. the order stickers were correct, it’s just that the wrong stuff got put inside the boxes. Paid for extra sauces and never received them. Mistakes are 100% understandable, but when I asked to have it fixed the district manager or whoever gave me a free pizza code to makes up for it. Which was appreciated, the second problem came when I tried to use it. The coupon was invalid. When I mentioned the mistake I was told “no it works, you’re wrong.” then he ignored my response email with photo proof that the code was invalid. Used to like papa johns but I feel completely scammed. Seems like there’s no integrity in this company anymore and I won’t be returning to any location again. unfortunate.

pizza guy delivered the pizza and delivered the wrong size pizza that’s completely fine with me but all together i didn’t get what i ask for it was DRY when i say DRY !!!! pizza didn’t have marinara!!!!! sauce on it i ask for peppers for my pizza and the crust was Burnt i didn’t get what i ask for and the customer service think i was going to do a survey i didn’t do it because i knew they was going to mess it up again my son loves food and he didn’t even eat it it was dry please !!! order with pizza hut they could never !!! i rather eat home cook pizza !!!

Easily the best location to order from. After moving to this area about 4 months ago we started ordering from this location and they have been nothing but consistent and always over deliver (they gave me a 9th jalapeño popper once) The delivery driver has always been incredibly friendly and punctual and is also a dog lover. When I’m drunk after drinking 12 coors lites and want a 5 star meal, my first thought is to pull up the papa johns app and order my go to meal and I suggest you do too!

I have been ordering from this location for over a decade and I done with them. My pizza sits there for nearly an hour every single time before its sent out for delivery. I get cold soggy undercooked pizza. Attention owners attention management fix this immediately. It’s easy, don’t cook pizza until driver is ready to deliver, and proof problem fixed. It’s not rocket science people. One last thing thanks for the single peice of steak on my philly cheese steak pizza.
