Best and cleanest little Caesars around! I feel like the people that are leaving outlandish reviews are either really miserable or simply have no life. We visit there pretty often during the day and it’s always busy, hot and ready might be their motto but be realistic people, they’re not going to be able to always keep up with orders. Y’all complain so much STAY HOME AND COOK!

First time at this store. They had nothing “hot and ready” and were already shutting the store down 30 minutes before close. Couldn’t even order a pizza to be made that apparently takes 35 minutes for a pepperoni pizza?

Unless Little Caesars wants to look bad, they may want to consider closing this facility. I have ordered two times from here over the past month, and both times, the food was poor quality. I am being told it’s due to them being short handed. Being short handed is one thing, but producing horrible quality and unreliable customer service is another thing. The crazy bread we received tonight wasn’t crazy bread. Not sure what to call this, but if Corporate stopped in to take a taste test which they should, it might be best to close the doors on this facility. Unfortunately this is the last time I will be visiting this location. I have always enjoyed LC, but this location really makes me rethink my decisions.

Just called at 7:15pm and tried to do a call in order for pick up. Whoever answered the phone told me they close in 40 minutes and couldn’t take my order over the phone and that they had other orders to do. She said I could try to come in. When I asked, “ so you’re stating that I cannot order a pizza even though you’re still open?” She responded with she didn’t say that but that they close soon. That’s insane! I disconnected the call due to her not taking our order. People just don’t want to work these days, it’s nuts!

I had to wait the casual hour ten minutes while people came in and out getting their pizza before me. I went up once to ask the lady up front for my pizza. She checked and told me she would bring it when it was ready. Apparent she was new to the job so I wasn’t too angry, but it turned out my pizzas were waiting in the warmer for a while. Another man had been waiting for an hour and a half, and never got his pizza so he went up to demand a refund.

I had the best experience I’ve had in a long time in a restaurant. I believe the lady’s name was Tori and she was super sweet. She helped me get my order and figure how to pay for it even though I forgot my purse and don’t have apple pay. My elderly mom and dad order from her and she is always so kind to them. They won’t get pizza from anywhere else. The pizza and crazy bread were both delicious!! Definitely a win!!

Actually I really genuinely hate going here but my son loves eating pizza from here because it’s quick most times however the people there have no understanding of what customer service is they seem to have it in their heads that they don’t have to explain things or that everything is obvious when instead they should be focused on providing the best service to the customer.
