Met here a few times for meals with friends and family. XLB is great, nice and thin wrap with soup. We order pork belly with sticky rice, tasty. Won ton soup is good as well as fried rice and noodles. My friends love the chili oil won ton. Service is nice and efficient. If you have a group, make a reservation. It can get busy at lunch and dinner.

Food was good, especially the Xiaolongbao was very good. Green onion pancake was mediocre. The atmosphere and service are ok. Don’t bring your date here though.

I like the outdoor seating and the service was quick. I ordered this spicy vinegar tasting chicken which left my mouth buzzing afterwards. Not in a spicy way but in a novacaine type of way. The dumplings weren’t my favorite either.

Incredible food and extremely fast service. The waitress (maybe owner? She seemed to be in charge) helped us order and made sure we had a balanced meal. I would absolutely recommend the green beans and the XLB Pork Buns.

The food was good and came out fairly quick. I got the baby bok choy, salt pepper fried fish (was perfectly cooked and crispy), an order of XLB (which was good), Shanghai fried rice was great and I love that it had chopped bacon in it. Service was great. Price was about $60 total and it fed 2 people very well. Service was quick and decent. The ambience of the outdoor seating was very nice with a fountain playing it’s sounds of water, classical music, and nice lighting.

The best dumplings. This has been my favorite place for some time. XLB is the dim sum of choice. An explosion of flavor – a salty, sweet, umami tornado. The authentic vibes and unique spin jam together quite nicely. Highly recommend this taste of home, a must try, Bay Area staple.

Loved every dish. Service is very good. Dishes arrive in order, do not crowd the table and don’t get cold. Eggplant didn’t make to the picture but was also fantastic!

You’ll find all your mainland Chinese favorites like XLB, 红油抄手 (wonton in red chili oil), 辣子鸡 (chongqing spicy chicken), 干锅类dry pots, 汤面noodle soups, Shanghainese, appetizers, etc. The dry pot chicken wings are a must have (see the photo).

Wow!! Super impressed with this eatery. They handmade their dumplings, xlb, and wonton fresh, you can see it through the indoor window. The prices are pretty darn good as well. With tip and tax, we paid around $44 for chili wonton, xlb, and beef noodles soup. Everything was super delicious and had complex flavor, not too oily. The chili wonton came with some bokchoy in it and the juice in the xlb was plentiful. Additionally, the low ceiling and smell was super cozy, service quick and efficient.

I couldn’t stop “oooh”-ing and “ahhh”-ing during my dinner here! I have heard many mixed reviews about the quality of their food and XLB… but I must say, I am a BIG FAN! They have indoor and outdoor dining available, and the customer service is nice. Free tea for the table too!
