I’ve never had an issue at any Jersey Mikes location, however, today at this location I’ve encountered a Karen disguised as an employee. Firstly, I was spoken down to for asking for an ingredient on the order that was already placed on my sandwich and was arrogantly told that we were on the vegetable section. Whilst ordering, I was spoken down to and belittled for wanting a certain ingredient removed which has never been an issue at any other location. Speaking to another employee, she would openly state that I ordered it wrong and it’s not the new hires fault, which no one stated it was. Despite stating that changing the ingredient would only be a few seconds and not an issue, she continuously spoke down to me in front of customers and employees.

We couldn’t order they ran out of bread. I was arrogantly told that there was no more bread, and when asked how long will it take for a new batch. I was told “I don’t know.” very lazy and rude. The staff were three girls, one was a manager who was rude and inexperienced with a busy business

This place is great and the CBR sandwhich absolutely slaps , especially if the older gentleman on the grill makes it , staff is always friendly . The lady reviewing under mine clearly just has a stinky b hole and needs the world to know about it , I will say it does kinda stink when there’s a long line but I put that on the customers not them . They always do a great job

They wouldn’t toast my bread for my Italian, I was told “Italian is a cold sub and you cannot toast the bread”. Then the rep on the phone proceeded to “ask the kitchen if they could toast the bread” and I was told they were busy and it could not be don’t. Disappointing!

One star for the service. We said we wanted our roast beef sandwich hot, but was told ” we cannot toast the bread and cannot cook the roast beef.” The roast beef, cheese, and bread was all cold and we had to go back to the hotel to microwave it hot. We understand we went around closing time but thats no excuse for their poor work attitude. The staff looked like they didnt want to serve us. This is the worst jersey mikes location we’ve ever been to.

Aside from the staff being all around great- speedy, welcoming and friendly, let’s talk about the food. We got four different subs for our family’s order. Hot Chipotle Chicken did NOT disappoint. Most hot sandwiches like this would be tough to eat in one piece but this sub held together like a champ and was absolutely delicious. 10/10. Our cold subs- Tuna, Club and Italian (I forget their given numbers)- all of which were unforgettable. Since we weren’t eating them until later the staff was nice enough to pack some oil/vinegar in nice little leak-proof cups. Sure, they do cost a little more than your typical sub shop, but have you seen the size of them?! They were piled up with fresh meats and fresh veggies. We will be back and thank you a job well done and for money well spent.
