Horrible experience they were understaffed which made the workers have horrible attitudes both women were very rude… I want to say a bunch of curse words but I will keep it polite… the man on the grill was working his hardest to complete all the orders they had! There were no condiments when I asked for some she rudely said she is one person and that’s what she is doing… I understand but it was only a question! I am a chef myself and work in the restaurant industry no way would have I ever treated a guest that way… and I have been left by myself to complete orders and my restaurant has 5 different stations… words of advice restaff this place starting with the managers who clearly didn’t do their job to ensure their staff had a good shift!!! DO BETTER PLEASE….

This place doesn’t even deserve to get one star. The food was horrible and undercooked. The staff needs to be fired and whole new staff hired. Tables was dirty, condiments bar was trashy stuff was everywhere. No one that worked knows what customer service is smh I will be reaching out to corporate for sure. Awful experience just ridiculous.

We were told when we walked in that they opened at 11:00 so we hung around till then and then we got to the counter the girl said we don’t opened till 11:30 so we hung out again and then when they opened they didn’t have anything but regular cheeseburger, no fixings, couldn’t do any of the speciality burgers.
