literally the worst jacks around. every time I go they mess something up. i just ordered a 4 piece chicken tender with 3 comeback sauces (because they fill the 2oz cups half way,) and they gave me a 3 piece with 1 comeback and 3 honey mustards. Like do better. I have gotten a salad one time and the chicken was not cut up on it and was given a SPOON to eat it. Y’all down bad. pls fix it

This place is great these guys here are just the best, they’re kind understanding, and fast to help you. They want to give you the best service that they can. I was surprised how nice they were and how helpful they were I made a small change on my plate and they went out of the way to make it good for me. I had the chicken fried steak and my wife had the number 8 grilled chicken sandwich and everything was just delicious, all I can say is thank you guys so much. Of all places I stopped it had to be here where there were no toilet paper in the restroom!! I had a long drive from the other side of Georgia. .There’s more to it than cooking and packing meals. Cleaning duties and restocking is important too! I can’t believe how lazy these employees are..

I live close to this jacks. Only reason I go there. Have given them so many opportunities but they just don’t seem to care to look at the receipts of the food you ordered. Small portions and they give jacks a bad name. Tired of trying. Don’t think they’ve gotten my complete order right once in the last 9 months.
