The service at this mcdonald’s has gone significantly downhill since june. i am sick and tired of waiting for 10 minutes to get a drink and burger. i was handed a wrong order today, and the worker who handed it to me was the only one who i felt made an effort. last week, when i tried to get a quick meal, (2 drinks, a burger, and nuggets) i had to wait over 10 minutes. and then the employee who brought the food asked if i wanted to work there. this is absolutely unacceptable.

Either going to be in and out under two minutes or waiting for twenty in line, there really is no in between with this location. Food is usually well done with fresher than usual toppings on the burgers. However, I have had more than one burnt paddie at this spot in the past. When it does hit the spot though, it’s delicious.

Remodeled and opened about a month ago. No more playground or anything for the kids to do. But it is super clean and spacious. You can ask for Crayons and a book to color. The couch lounge area is very big and nice. Comfortable and clean. Great place to meet someone

This McDonalds finally is back!!!! I live 5 mins from this location & have avoided it for years because it was awful. The service was the worst. I have gone there twice in the last 2 weeks & had to post about how happy I am!! Fresh hot food & great friendly people!! With ambition!!! This is the second and last time I will go to this McDonalds since the kiosks were put in. I order my food and then find out I have to go to the counter to pay cash. The worker saw us and continued to ignore us. If you are going to have a dining area then you should have enough workers to cover the dining room. The second time I went I order, pay and get my food after being told they would bring it to the table. After a ridiculous amount of time I go to the counter to find out what is taking so long and see my order sitting on the counter. People are waiting to place an order and the workers are obviously ignoring us because they want us to use the kiosks. When they finally come over to help us, we are obviously bothering them. No thank you and no politeness. The food was terrible and sloppily made. Close the dining room if you just want to treat the drive thru customers with courtesy.

Avoid, by all means, go somewhere else. I sat curbside for 12 minutes waiting on my pickup. Decided to walk in to see what the delay was. I was met by an angry manager, “Joe”. He offered no apologies, passed the blame on being short-staffed & was incredibly confrontational. I finally got my big mac & bag of ice 10 minutes later. I had to throw it all away, the way he spoke to me, it was disturbing & I didn’t trust the food. It blew my mind how upset he was. Go to the McDonald’s on sprague & York, nothing but good reviews.

So for the last about 10 coffees they have messed them up. We ordered a mocha iced coffee and a caramel iced coffee. Neither of them had ice, the caramel had no caramel in it, and the mocha had way too much as you can see from the picture. We went back through the drive thru since there was nobody at all in line and told them they messed them up and their solution was to give us 2 large cups of ice. I mean seriously they have not gotten a single of my last 10 coffee orders right. I will never, ever order from here again. Ever. Even when confronted they still do not fix their mistake. Pictures don’t lie. Look at the amount of mocha and lack of ice. And the caramel coffee is dark as can be, proving there is no creamer either.

I live right down the street and I’m done with this McDonald’s. Two weeks ago I’m in the drive through for a cup of coffee and two burritos and they tell me to pull up into a spot and wait. ” Someone will bring it out”. 15 minutes later I have to go in. They gave my order to someone else. Last week they gave me someone else’s order. Today 6/4/23 My brother orders two Big Mac’s and a large Fry in the drive thru and we get home and we have no Fry.

My review is not necessarily towards this particular McDonald’s location, but the whole company in general, the food is no longer as it once was! Not that it was ever great or even good, but it was acceptable. As a kid, I had great experiences at every McDonalds location I went to. As a young adult, I was satisfied partly due to some of the new improvements and menu items/options like snack wraps, Mcwrap meal,salads and other healthier options, of which none are available any longer , at least in the US and also, let’s not forget the ice cream machine’s been broken since 1999 lol. Now I am about to be 40 years old in less than a few months and things have gone so downhill it’s incredible, it’s gotten so bad that even children don’t want to eat there anymore. Heck most people don’t want to eat there anymore either,yet America has not lost its taste for hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and fast food in general. Even when the pandemic hit, which made more of us reliant on fast food, still McDonald’s did not improve. Then they decide to hand out endorsement deals with musicians, celebrities, social media influencers and content creator’s which was not a bad idea, but added nothing new to the menu, just ways of altering and putting items together that are already in the menu which makes no sense whatsoever, but here we are 2023, nothings changed they lost their vision and it shows. With all that being said, I know this is a long review but it’s long and overdue. Now the taste has gotten so out of hand to the point where it made me write this so if you’re listening ,McDonald’s ,improve or you will continuously lose customers, no matter how many brand deals you make you will continuously lose hardcore customers just like every other company that started way back when and continue to make bad decisions ,until they eventually have to close their doors for good. If you don’t want to follow suit, then find yourself, before we lose you.
