so gross. ive never had bad kfc but this was bad. The biscuit was hard and bland and the chicken drumsticks were so small and they were super over cooked and hard. I ordered through Uber eats. I was supposed to have a chicken thigh and 2 drums but instead I just got three drumsticks. i had to throw em out cause of how overcooked they were

Man. The service at this location has improved 10 fold. It’s ironic that so many other chains have seen a decline in service and this KFC has gone the complete opposite direction. Even the staff is training is polite and goes out of their way to ensure your order is accurate and all is well prior to your leaving.

Great service and staff all round from arrival to departure. A young man was going in before me to start his shift and held the door for me until I entered, clock in and went on his merry way. The young lady that took my order was just as kind and patient. I sat and ate and relaxed, the restaurant was clean and they even sang and celebrated one of their coworkers birthday in the back. It was a good outting for me and I’ll definitely be back to that KFC again. I truly wish they would bring back the beyond chicken tho .

Waited from 711pm-7:56 for an 8 piece bucket. I have never waited this long for fast food. There were 4 other parties waiting, with one longer than I have. This has been a trend at this store. Run in properly or shut it down.
