First time in here, I went into the dining side, I can’t speak to the bar side. I got a burger, fries and a drink. Despite being busy, the food came out quickly, tasted great and was decently priced. The server kept my drink filled, plate was promptly removed after finishing. All staff seemed very friendly and eager to make sure customers were cared for. I will absolutely be back.

What a find! Driving through town looking for breakfast, stopped at local grocery store to ask for recommendation, and was pointed to Oasis. When we arrived we didn’t even think it was open, dark windows, limited signage. We entered with trepidation, but the grocer had not steered us wrong. I got my go to – an egg, ham and cheese sandwich and it was perfection. My friend ordered something called a stuffed cheesy bacon tater kegs, and was still raving about their deliciousness 3 days later!

If you have not found this gem of a eatery, you’re missing out! Some of the best appetizers and main courses I’ve ever had. We stopped here after a long day of fishing. The staff and atmosphere are amazing. It’s that small-town home feeling where everyone makes you feel welcome. The owner goes above and beyond to make the restaurant feel like home and she’s always about making the customer happy at the end of the day. Continue to do what you do.

Oasis gets 5 stars because it’s as good as it gets in Castle Rock. Service is friendly if you are. Sometimes they are short handed but the staff work as hard as they can to meet your needs. The food is good – just bar type stuff but tasty and consistent. My favorites are the turkey guacamole wrap and the jalapeño popper egg rolls and my hubby was always a fan of the wings. Drinks are good and strong. If your hungry or thirsty in Castle Rock this is where you should be.

Definitely 5 stars across the bar. Food is amazing, sevice is top notch! There is a separated restaurant and bar, their patio is covered and really nice. Separated smoking area outside as well.

The food was super good and the service was decent. The steak salad was huge, definitely worth the money. The jalapeño egg rolls were a new experience I’m glad we tried. Totally stopping here the next time I’m in the area.
