Just went to lunch there. Waited in line 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Then got yelled at by the lady taking our order. Watched my daughter stand at the counter for another ten minutes to ask for a refill and they over looked her and helped others that went up there after her. Ended up throwing our food away because they didn’t make it correctly and also didn’t get refills. Incredibly rude and poor customer service. I literally watched three people walk out of the restaurant because no one was taking their order. The sad part is compared to other fast food restaurants, they weren’t even that busy. As a person who has worked for Burger King in the past, during high school, someone would’ve been fired for allowing things to happen the way they just did. We won’t be returning!

This location has definitely declined. Extremely poor service. I would recommend going elsewhere. Management is aware, and there are no changes. Last visit waited 20 minutes in drive thru, only three cars in front of me. Only to be told they didn’t have two of the three items I had ordered. Very disappointing. I’ll add that I spoke with a manager in person, but you can never do a survey because they can not print a receipt from the register because it’s been broken for months.

I have a service dog she is small size and today it’s to hot i went in caring her so she doesn’t burn her paws at the register i try putting her down to pay and the manager got mad told me I couldn’t put her on the floor i explain she was a service dog and said she didn’t care that I couldn’t put her on the floor so I ask what about when the customer bring big service dogs that can’t be carried and she didn’t answer walk away to get my drinks i wanted to leave but I had already pay she violated my right as a customer with a disability not because I’m not on a wheel chair means I don’t need a service dog I will never go to this burger King again thank God I don’t leave in this area and won’t see the need to come again they might be hearing from my lawyer!!!!

I went through the drive thru so my review will not include any details about the inside of the store. At the drive thru speaker a nice and friendly voice welcomes me to blBurger King and asks me to order when I’m ready(no pushy rush to get my order over with). So I’m there to get my granddaughter something to eat. She wants an order of 4 pieces of chicken nuggets and a medium DrPepper. We get to the window to pay and the team member that takes my money iw all smiles and cheerfull. Then I pull up to the food window and the the team member smiles and asks what kind of sauce I want with my chicken. My granddaughter answers him and he’s quick to get it. He gives me our drink and food in rexord timw and wishes me to have a wonderfull day.

Worse place to go shifty customer service. Never have onion rings,and food is not well prepared fries cold their receipt machine doesn’t work more than 2 ms even the one on geer rd they are the same I always regret going to both places main st one and geer rd one.

This location should shut down. They always have the lobby closed (early evenings) they barely have anything on their menu and the place is extremely filthy. The workers are flat out lazy to not mop a floor or wipe a table down. I caught the lobby open for the first and it was so dirty, it gagged me out and I walked out. I won’t attempt to eat there again.
