3/24/23 7:30pm. Ordered a garlic chicken. Half the pizza didn’t have chicken on it as I was watching her make the last if the two I ordered, and “pleasantly”, I asked the gal to please put a bit more on. She said it would be extra…I said, but look at it, it’s already limited, plus half has none…she tried moving one piece (lol), realizing it wasn’t working, she then angrily threw more on it and with a matching tone, said next time it would be $2 more. The picture attached is what she would charge me extra for, which to me, is closer to what should be expected.

Super easy! Use the app, order your food! A short time later you’re able to go in and pick it up. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were busy fulfilling orders as we came in. Both employees greeted us and asked if they could help, as they kept working away on other orders. A very efficient operation turning out pizzas. Good take and bake food! Serves its purpose, for quick and easy pizza that tastes pretty good. It’s not like going to a pizza restaurant. Good to take home and be comfortable with friends and family at a less expensive price, than going out for pizza.

I wouldn’t eat here unless you want food poising, they leave peoples orders out unrefrigerated for 2 hours +. If know anything about food safety the danger zone is anything over 41 degrees, I’m not scientist but leaving a pizza out for two hours without a cold source will definitely bring your food into the danger zone. Not only that the lettuce isn’t washed, when I picked a salad I can clearly tell this restaurant doesn’t use the proper produce sanitizer. Not even sure if their lettuce sees the sink once. Same with all the vegetables, I wouldn’t really trust unwashed produce. When they are making your pizza I would strongly advise you ask them to wash the counter they’re making it on, I never see it wiped down nor is the sanitizer to clean the counter ever changed, it’s always murky.

Ok so I like love Papa Murphy’s pizza, like more than the average “Murphiend” lol… So we eat here on average at least once a week, just not specifically at this location every time. I’ve never had any issues of any kind whatsoever from any employee at any location. In fact one of my favorite parts about grabbing my pie here is that the employees are generally always very happy and super polite. Customer service is and has always been amazing every location I’ve been too, like EVER. I called the Ridgefield location to order a couple pies tonight at 8:47ish. That’s basically 10 mins before they close. The lady who took my call was so sweet. I wish I got her name so I could publicly thank her in this review. But the point is this, she by all means could have and probably should have told me that it was too close to closing to take my order. And I honestly expected her to. But on the contrary, she politely and even cheerfully took my order anyway and just asked that I please get there quickly cuz the doors lock at 9 on the dot. She didn’t know this but I was actually literally starving and hadn’t eaten anything since yesterday. I have a really hard time eating due to lack of appetite from chronic nausea. But Papa Murphy’s is for whatever reason something I always have an appetite for and I’m always able to eat it and enjoy it. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and taking my order practically at closing time. I am so grateful. Like seriously for real, thank you so so so much. This may not mean much to anyone else, but for me it was either Papa Murphy’s or BUST! If I wouldn’t have gotten my beloved pie, I would have spent the entire night in irritable nauseous agony Oscar the Grouch style!

Hardly any toppings! Haven’t been here in a few years and wow Papa Murphys has become such a rip off. $20 for an a scrimpy large. I won’t be back this spot. Thought we’d just go for the convenience but all in all it’s not just the weak amount of toppings it just doesn’t taste as good as home made and my teenagers didn’t even like the pizzas we got and they eat anything

Got a $35 large taco pizza tonight and it was s..t. ordered it with chicken and out of the 7 slices between me and my wife there was 6 chunks of chicken. Loaded with lettuce and cheese but totally bland and tasteless. Save your money and bake at home with papa Murphys. At least you know what you are going to get at half the price. Do better papa Pete’s.

Fantastic customer service ….I made the mistake of ordering online at a different branch on 2/8/22 and didn’t realize it.. The employees could not have been more understanding and helpful and professional and got me situated with my pizza right away.. even though they were very busy they went out of their way to Resolve my dumb mistake …fantastic customer service… and these days that is getting far and few between…
